It’s been more than a month since the “Carrot Man” Jeyrick Sigmaton was discovered. His Facebook fan Page keeps on growing. To this date more than 20 Facebook Pages and other social media accounts have been made to support him.But today, Sigmaton’s party released a video of the Igorot Bae asking his fans and supporters to unite. Why is this so? Are the fans fighting? Did they get to an unmanageable point that Sigmaton’s camp need to release the video?

It all started when the hashtag of Carrot Man’s appearance in Bubble Gang did not trend on twitter on Friday, March 18. According to die hard fans, this is the first time his hashtag did not trend. Many factors may be considered. One is the time slot of the show which is late night. Most fans might not be awake by then. Fans also come from around the world. Fans from overseas may just be waiting for the replay of his appearance.

Or perhaps different fan pages release their own hashtags that’s different from the hashtag that Jeyrick’s most updated fan page release everyday. The fans maybe confused about who to follow. This is probably the reason why Jeyrick’s camp chose to release the video.
It can’t be helped though. Carrot Man has no official fan page yet. All the fan pages are managed by, well, fans. To some, it is not important whether the page is official of not as long as they are updated.
